I resolve to achieve my intentions for the new year - a Resolution, One Day At A Time For One Year!

Happy New Year Folks! Today is the first day of the rest of our lives for those of us who like to make resolutions for the new year. We received the gift of a blank page in our history to life. We received the gift of time: 365 days to write the next chapter, a resolution, one day at a time.

Are you ready to make the most of these gifts? Consider the wonderful fruits that await us all if we choose the path of realization, the path that we will achieve our deardreams. Reflecting on the images and sounds you'll experience the people you meet, the things you learn if you have the courage to make the trip, and enjoy a day at a time.

I am ready. Are you? Personally, I have been making and keeping New Year's resolutions for most of my life. I am a 'Serial Goal-Setter. " I have read dozens of books on the best strategies for success. The practice of strategic planning in the context of my work, which provides communications, fundraising andphotography for members of Congress, organizations and nonprofit associations in Washington, DC metropolitan area. I enjoy doing and resolutions and conservation objectives. I passionately love the journey to pursue my dreams, goals and resolutions.

The creation of my work has been a dream. In 1999, armed with the motto "Do what you love what you do ', I built my business from the ground around the things you enjoy doing. Homework is another dream. I sawdream. I work from home on projects that I love. Over the years I have met a variety of other dreams, resolutions and goals. On 1 January, it is tradition to browse my journals. I reflected on my successes, mistakes, learned my lesson, and my future. Reflecting this manner is both humbling and empowering.

Fortunately, I am blessed with family, friends, colleagues and mentors, who provide a helping hand. I'mthankful assistance and my intention in 2007 is to providetootheurs that help the same hand '. I admit some of my goals, resolutions and dreams are camping on my 'Things To Do List', but in this list for one reason: "One day I'll make this dream a reality." I diligently pursue my dreams because they are central to my life. I went because I learned "how to achieve them. Pursue them, because I "may" and I "do" their achievement.

You can successfully continue the settlement of the 2007 new year - the dream - too! E 'in yourreach. E 'in your power. Your task is to make that choice. Do it today! If you want to do and keep your resolution, a word of warning. Please be very careful to avoid "One day, one day, one day trap": a white rat on a wheel running around in circles. What the wheel does not take himself closer to your dreams. Instead of slowing your progress day after day, until you run out of days, end of story. Do not fall into that trap. Consider, instead, a simple and common sense to realizeThe New Year's resolutions.

FIRST STEP: Dare To Dream ..

Open your mind and forget all tired from the list of 10-20 things you hate, or feel the need to change, writing a year ago and buried somewhere on your desktop. That's what I call the "sin list". You buried the list for a number of reasons: too vague objectives, without commitment, no desire, no plan. In 2007, you do not need to "re-do or a do-over 'for not achieving your" sin list ". Instead, learnand move forward, forget the past. In 2007, 'Just Do It': One resolution, one day at a time for a year - to pursue your dreams with success! You should not be a 'Purpose Serial-Setter ", and you do not need a PhD in strategic planning. With faith, hope, optimism, conviction, passion and a plan you can make your dream a reality in 2007!

Forget the promise you made to yourself in the past: "I'm going for a day! Do it now in 2007: A resolution, one day at a time for a year!You probably already have the talent, desire, commitment and, especially, dreams. Perhaps the dream is just a little spark in your heart and soul, only you know. There is no time like the present to turn that spark a flame and fan the flames with everything you're worth. Do not wait for 'day' to arrive. Do it today!

In 2007, try something different. Thinking outside the box. Do not be afraid to pick up this bright red crayon and outside lines. Go to your dreamwhatever way works best for you! But acting in a single system, a goal, a simple framework, a plan for cutting that will guide you through the mountain top of success.

Losing the rock chained to the back: tired 10-20-to-do resolutions 2006, 2005, 2004! In 2007, pursuing a dream that only, or make a major changein your life. If you have a genuine interest, desire and passion, resolution, be strong and determined enough to see yourcompletion plan. Once executed, the dream will be with you for life. You must not abandon the race and the next target.

If your dream is to learn photography, you use your skills, year after year. If your dream is to exercise, you will be put on tennis shoes every day. Your dreams become habits of life you want, day after day, year after year! They will - unique! 'm With you all my life! If you are pursuing one resolution, one day at a time for Oneyears, devoting only 30 minutes a day - which is 7.5 full days each year. Think about it. It'sa lot of time! Even if only on the resolution of your few days a week, or 20 minutes each day, time, as the compounds of interest in the bank.

Another important consideration: forget the realization of your dreams at night. That strategy will achieve your dreams for the "cemetery purpose". Writers do not write bestsellers overnight. Athletes are not the Olympics in a fewpractice sessions, they practice, practice, practice every day. These people are dedicated to their dreams.

Are you dedicated to your resolution 2007, you can do great things too, and did not spend all your time and attention than a single goal. Spend only 30 minutes each day for one year and continue with the rest of your life. There will be days that simply can not work on the resolution, life is busy. Our dreams are often overtaken by events, but goes wellDo not worry. You will get back on track. That's life. All matches potholes, detours and bumps in the road.

Take the first step now. Open your mind. Dare to Dream. If you've had a lot of time and money in the world, this dream is the passion to continue in 2007? I asked a friend last spring on this issue and he scratched his head and said, "Voyage to read more. Can do these things now, if you make this choice, and did not need all the timeand money in the world to do so. He just needs to take a decision and act accordingly!

STEP TWO: Decide.

After all, solving the means to decide firmly, with great determination. In 2007, open mind, courage to dream. Make a leap of faith: Decide to 'Go for it'. In these early stages, we have made tremendous progress. Your life will not change overnight. Anyone who promises a night, the instantaneous change is likely to sell snake oil. Realistically, your life will gradually change. If youjourney one day at a time, premiums are added every day and can make profound changes for the better over time.

Third step: Define.

Specifies the resolution concisely in one sentence. Not "desire to exercise more." Instead, "to complete the exercise for 30 minutes every day by bicycle, walking, gardening, swimming, tennis, stretching, yoga, and working with weights. You do not do these things every day, but the resolution is specific and measurable. WillAre you interested in maintaining, even longer, because it's fun, it gives you a choice, and makes you feel good mentally and physically. Trust me. Who runs year's resolution!

It was my decision in 2005. I was determined and worked for 80% of the time 30 minutes per day. In 2006, I worked for 65% of the time for 30-60-minutes a day, a smaller percentage, because I chose to take a break from exercise and a number of other projects to avoid the burn-out. This divergence was a wise decision. 'mNow, rested and ready to "go ahead" in 2007!

STEP FOUR: Develop a plan.

For many people it is one of the most difficult. To succeed, you must create order from chaos. You do not build a house without a plan. He would travel from New York to San Francisco by car without a roadmap. The same applies to the resolution of maintenance. It is easy to hurt them to keep them. There are several important ingredients to build and implement a plan for success:

Create a list of things to manage "to do", in which all tasks are divided into small steps daily;
By reviewing the progress weeekly daily and monthly;
Development course corrections, while you review progress and
Avoid the "meta-killer" to stay rather than reasons to meet its roadmap for resolution, your plan for success!

Step Five: do every day! Sounds simple? It is!

This strategy is based on common sense, ideal for busypeople. In closing this week because they have the gift of time, 52 weeks, open mind and Dare to Dream. Above all, take your time, do your homework, build your plan. Learn to walk before you run. If you do not raise the bar too high, you'll learn how to climb it in 2007!

Remember, I resolve to achieve my New Year's resolutions, resolution, one day at a time for one year. It's your choice. Do it today. Turn your resolution into reality in five simple steps the right direction: Dare ToDream, decide, define, develop a plan, and do every day. Make your resolution a permanent Lifetime Resolution, something that is with you always! Especially, being a resolution, a person who makes resolutions, keeps resolutions, and enjoys the journey! Let's Go For It!
